she believed she could {scrapbook challenges}

hello scrappy friends!

it's a new week and a new sketch at SCRAPBOOK CHALLENGES - sketch #342. and here is my take on -

"she BELIEVED she could, so she DID"

and here is sketch #342:

for my background i used DONNA DOWNEY stencil mask "poppies and peonies" and PANPASTELS. after the fixative was dry i decorated further my background using TIM HOLTZ "mini ornate" stamp set and archival ink.

the pattern paper i used is from PRIMA marketing "celebrate jack and jill" collection. i fussy cut different shapes and embellishments, embossed them slightly and adhered them with 3d tape to my project.

for the title i used hand-cut banners from pattern paper with two different types of alphas - bother from PRIMA marketing - canvas and cardstock alphabet stickers.

i also used various MARTHA STEWART and EK SUCCESS punches. the stamped banners are made with pattern paper and PRIMA marketing washi tape stamps.

the flowers are also from PRIMA - "innocence collection", mini roses and "sugar bloom collection". if you are interested on how i did the green swirls by the mini roses, click HERE.

here are some more close ups of my project:

i hope i managed to inspire you today!

i can't wait to see your interpretation on this sketch!

hugs 'n smiles,
Emmy
