out and about {the PAPERHAUS magazine}

hello scrappy friends!

and welcome to another SKETCH challenge at the PAPERHAUS magazine!

this month we've got a multi-picture sketch to play with -

"OUT and ABOUT"

and here is the sketch:

to create my page i used donna downey poppies and peonies mask with TIM HOLTZ' distress ink pad "spiced marmalade", "worn lipstick", "tumbled glass" and "shabby shutters". i outlined some of the circles with FABER-CASTELL pitt artist pen orange glaze.

the flying birds are made with modelling paste and THE CRAFTER'S WORKSHOP "flying geese" mask. i used PRIMA marketing clear stamps for the work banners.

the fancy edges are made with MARTHA STEWART "lace heart" and "lattice heart" edge punches and FISKARS edge punch.

i used MY MIND'S EYE "lime twist" paper collection for my page.

to finish off my layout i used stripes of different washi tapes.

for my title i used PRIMA marketing canvas alphabet. i outlined the letters with FABER-CASTELL brown pitt artistic pen.

i hope you liked my take on paperhaus APRIL's sketch!

here is a list of some of the products i used:

and don't forget, if you'd like to be part of the guest team for PAPERHAUS sketches, please leave a link to your take on the sketch in the comments below the original blog post by the 20th april.

we'll be choosing someone to take part in the coming months.

have a lovely weekend!

hugs 'n smiles,
Emmy
